Dahl Memorial Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), an FTCA-deemed facility, and a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site.

The Clinic has had a significant amount of negative feedback on its online patient portal through a vendor called Phreesia. At the end of September we will be discontinuing use of that portal and moving to the Enhanced Athena patient portal. Please be patient with the process as we upgrade our technology platform to respond to patient feedback. Thank you.
