What: A quick hemoglobin A1c screening to check your average blood sugar.

Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

  • Fasting not required for A1c.

  • Must already be an established patient at Dahl Memorial Clinic

    This screening workshop provides A1c only. For your full diabetes annual visit, ask to schedule a comprehensive appointment. We will be having a comprehensive Diabetes Week from December 15-19, during which you can schedule your annual Diabetes visit if you already have been diagnosed with Diabetes.
